Delete Your Bookmark Account

Bookmark (developer: Valkyrie Labs) lets you request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to valkyrielabapps@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Google account used to sign in to Bookmark, with the subject line "Delete My Account."

We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Once your request is processed, the following is permanently deleted from our servers (Google Firestore):

• Your account link (Google user ID)
• Your synced reading positions, highlights, notes, and bookmarks

What is retained

• Anonymous crash/diagnostic logs (Firebase Crashlytics) are not linked to your account identity and may be retained for debugging purposes, per standard Crashlytics retention.
• Data stored only locally on your own device is not affected by this request — you can delete that at any time yourself by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in your device's App Settings.
